Bags have snacks and other non-perishables that are kid-friendly.
At holiday times such as Thanksgiving, a full meal is bagged and at Christmas, everything needed for a Christmas breakfast (eggs, milk, pancake mix, cookie mix, etc.) is given.
Bags of Hope is a 100% volunteer organization.

The Fish Food Pantry is focused on providing good food and uses a process called Client Choice to allow clients to shop for the foods they like. The food pantry is 100% volunteer.
The pantry receives food from Jewel and Aldi 2-3X/week.

Hands of Hope of Illinois is a food network and ministry striving to assist in God's business of caring for his children. Our main objective is to share the gospel through the giving of food. In church and places of worship you can read and learn the Gospel. At Hands of Hope of Illinois we live and experience the Gospel every day. Through networking with local business and other food ministries we are able to provide food, clothing, household goods, medical supplies and sometimes building materials to those in need.

Description of Services:
Food pantry at St. John Lutheran Church, 2650 Plainfield Road, Joliet. No residency requirements.
We offer two options to pick up groceries:
1: Visit us on Saturday morning from 8-10: Clear a space in your vehicle for our volunteers to load your groceries.
2: Visit orderahead.org to place your online order:
Between noon on Tuesday and noon on Thursday you can place an order online and pick up your selected items curbside on Thursday 4-6 p.m.
